This site is about where we live. Where you live may not define you, but where we live defines us -- if you doubt that come live here for a winter -- then we can talk about place defining person. We are quite sure why we live here -- it simply makes us weep for joy. It is a beautiful place, it has a soul of it's own. The Pass remembers. If you know where to look and are respectful about it, the Pass will share it's memories.

Below are links to nine photo galleries. Right now there are a total of 129 photo's. Most are of my neighborhood. Seventeen are taken at or from my house. Eleven are within walking distance of the house. Twenty-two are here at the Pass and might be within walking distance, just not my walking distance. Thirteen are within twenty-five miles of the Pass. And 24 were taken on trips to visit children (Milton-Freewater, Oregon; Cameron Park, California; and Lynnwood, Washington) or trips to visit friends in Central Washington or Idaho. So most of the pictures are places and things I see everyday. The most recent gallery - Spring 2003 - East of the Mountains- consists of 14 pictures taken in and around Thorpe and Ephrata Washington.
